Next, we’ll assess the approaches being taken to prepare for NFV and, ultimately, bring it to market. We’ll explore whether pre-integrated platforms are essential and how organisations can prepare culturally for the shift from network-oriented to IT-oriented technology?
Finally, we’ll examine how operators will manage complex service chains over virtualised and hybrid virtual/physical networks. We’ll discuss the orchestration challenge, what orchestration technologies and solutions that are available and how they are being trialled and deployed.
